No Snowballs during question mode#4412

My students suggested that when answering questions in Snowbrawl they can’t be knocked out/hit with snowballs. Kids answering questions can’t defend or run, so they felt it was unfair.

I like and dislike the idea. I think it would just make them imortal, so it would take the fun out of the game. On the other hand… I do know what you mean, so I would say you can be imortal for the first 10 - 15 seconds while answering questions.

What if there were just more places to hide while answering questions?

More places to hide sounded good to my students. For example it would be neat if you could go inside the igloos while answering questions.

I know! I was a bit disapointed when I figured out that you couldn’t go in the igloos!

Yeah but that would take away the fun. They would probably stay in the igloos all game, then run out at the end and knock others out. (it takes a schemer to know a schemer)
