Reports on students that drop out#330

It would be great if the report would show the students that left (voluntarily or due to internet issues) before the game ends. They should also get the team money for the season.

Yes, this would be very helpful. I have some student that tend to drop out because of lack of interest in the questions or because they are not winning, or sometimes because of their internet going out or their chromebook dying. I would love to see all reports so that I can help students with the questions that they are struggling with,
