Blue Shell#254

Hello, I’m a High School teacher, and like many who use this game in class, there seem to be a few students per class who consistently end up in the top 3 (due to their understanding of the game mechanics). In order to make this a little bit more random, given that the game mechanics themselves aren’t determining a “winner” in the subject matter, why not include a powerup similar to the Mario Kart blue shell, that creates a huge setback for the player with the top dollar ammount. And like in Mario Kart, a very skilled player could spend away their money when they suspect an attack coming.

As a high schoool student who plays this game sometimes and has come in the top three often, I really like this idea!

whilst interesting, it hurts my soul to think about someone closely defending their first place rank only to be blue shelled by someone in like 15th place
