Move Team Members#157

It would be nice if after the teams are randomly generated I could adjust some of the teams manually. That way if two or three students that do great are on one team I could balance it out and spread them out so that match would be more fair. Also if I could edit the teams I could have them compete in thier pre-aranged grouping that I use for other learning competitions in the class.
